I live,work and play in Cape Town - South Africa. I started off studying geology at the University of Pretoria after which I made a career shift to engineering. I finished my degree in Electronic Engineering in 2005 at the University of Potchefstroom (PUK).
Professionally I am employed by HP where I work in TechInk as a R&D engineer. Previously I worked for eCentric Switch on real-time financial transaction delivery. Prior to working for Ecentric Switch I worked for CCII Systems* as a real-time embedded engineer. I specificaly worked on PCM high speed serial communication devices for single board computers such as the DY4 range of Power PCs.
